I started Bella Ray to share the true flavor of Sicily — my family’s ancestral home and the heart of Italian olive oil. I’ve always believed that great cooking starts with simple, honest ingredients, and olive oil is the cornerstone of that.
Our oils come from small, single-estate producers in Sicily who hand-harvest and cold-press each batch using time-honored methods. The result is an oil that’s rich in flavor, history, and health — just as it has been for thousands of years.
Bella Ray is named for my daughter and for the beauty and sunlight of Sicily itself — a reminder that every drop reflects the land and people who make it possible.
